2026年能源政策报告(State of Energy Policy)

State of Energy Policy 2026 was prepared by the World Energy Outlook team in the Directorate of Sustainability, Technology and Outlooks (STO). The report was directed by Laura Cozzi, STO Director and Chief Energy Modeller. The analytical teams were led by Daniel Wetzel, Head of the Tracking Sustainable Transitions Unit; Christine Brandstätt, Transition Tracking and Analysis Team Lead; and Gabriel Saive, Climate and Energy Policy Analyst. Lead authors of this report include: Leïlou Daunit (government spending, climate), Nouhoun Diarra (energy access), Jianlan Dou (energy efficiency, buildings) and Hazel Yeo (energy security, power). Lucía de la Cuerda and Alvaro Llano made important contributions to the energy security policy analyses.

The analysis and report build on the annual review of the Policies and Measures database and the global energy policies hub by IEA member countries energy advisors.
